2 Truths and 1 Lie (Deluca-Smith, 2016).
Directions:
Each team member writes down 2 truths and one lie about them. Other group members try to determine what is the truth and which are fibs.
Goal:
Become more familiar with each other, establish a level of comfort and trust with group members.
Faranda:
- Is part Native American.
- Is a certified non invasive crisis intervention trainer.
- Has social anxiety.
Brian:
- Married three times.
- Fears Public Speaking.
- Been arrested for driving under the influence.
Cheryl:
- Slept in her car as a teen.
- Is left handed.
- Loves being the center of attention.
Proposed Results:
Establish better communication, develop some level of trust, and familiarization with others in the group.
Conclusion:
Everyone had fun with this exercise and we also learned more about each other at the same time.
