Faranda’s Assessment Reflection
I have to agree with the quiz results.  I do seek fulfillment from sources outside of myself, and I do volunteer the community at various events hosted by community agencies.  One event I have routinely volunteered is the Moss 5k.  I have a participated in this event for the last four years. Community involvement is important to me because my family has always advocated community service. My paternal grandmother was on the board of the area food bank, and she also started the school dressing days, which provides clothing and school supplies to kids, whose families are not financially able to do so.

Extroversion, Agreeable, Conscientiousness, and Openness I scored above 10 on these three areas.

I am not surprised by this.  I always try to be polite and agreeable with people, unless they give me a reason to not be.  Generally, I am kind and polite, but not a people pleaser.  I go out of my way to be relatively easy going and easy to work with.  I have been told over the years by many supervisors I am conscientious employee.  I also know I am honest to a fault and often times give more information than is really needed or warranted, which aligns also with having a high openness trait.  I also work very hard, almost to my detriment, and I make a very earnest effort not to let my work encroach on my personal life.  I have learned over time that it is important to have time away from the office to decompress.  Therefore, when I am off, I am truly and I do not check messages, I make sure whomever I am spending time with when I am off  has my full attention.
