Reflection:
Business A has a superior management program and stellar
leadership. They empower their employees and strive for them to achieve
personal growth within the company as well as within themselves. Company B on
the other hand does little to develop their employees. They are only there for
the paycheck, this is just a temporary job and not a career mentality prevails.
